When I came to a point in my life where it was time for me to pivot and walk a new path, I made the choice to go after a dream and to do it well. In 2018, I began my journey towards owning a vintage Piaggio Ape converted to serve Beer and Prosecco, and there began The Prosecco Cart Inc. In the spring of 2019, I successfully funded a Kickstarter Campaign, sold my car and had family support, and after a long 9 months, it was placed on a boat in the UK and floated to Canada for two months.
In February of 2019, The Prosecco Cart arrived and we were off and running! Serving weddings, anniversaries, and birthday parties, I was having the best time. Things changed in November of 2019, when my health took a hard left turn and I was very sick. After several months of testing, it was discovered that I had stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma. With my husband, three young kids and family by my side, I completed four rounds of intense chemo therapy. Towards the end of my last treatment Covid hit and the world stopped. Business stopped and so we waited.
With patience, time, healing and understanding, we are back in business. I love serving people. I love seeing their faces when they see the cart and can't wait to take a photo. Often the first point of contact at events it's my goal to leave your guests with the best first impression and thoughtfully set the tone for your event.
Being a part of my clients special day fills my cup and feeds my soul. I'm so excited to hear about your event and be a part of your special day!
Thank you for your support.
Cheers,
Jen xo
